HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking code. From there, you can track where your package is and when it will be arriving. If you don't receive a tracking link, just go to the order confirmation email you received and click the blue "View Order & Tracking Information" button. This will bring you to your order summary where you will find the tracking number. Clicking on it will bring you to the tracking information for your order.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION/SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

After you place your order, we always send an order confirmation email to the email you provided us. After we ship your order, we also send a shipping confirmation email to the email you provided us. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder for the emails.

WHY ISN'T THE TRACKING INFORMATION UPDATING?

The tracking information is normally delayed by a few days. Please don't worry if you aren't seeing updates. You can email support if it has been more than 3 weeks and we will take a look at it for you.

THE TRACKING INFORMATION IS SAYING MY PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT?

Sometimes the tracking information is inaccurate, and your item is still actually in the process of getting delivered to you. It's also good to check with family members/neighbors to see if they received it instead of you.

THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS DAMAGED, CAN I GET A NEW ONE?

Of course! We will ship out a new product for you, free of charge. Just contact us through our support email and provide us with picture(s) of the damaged item/part.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, BUT I ONLY RECEIVED ONE/SOME?

Sometimes, due to logistical reasons, we have to ship your items individually. You may receive part of your order before other parts, but you will receive your entire order.

I ENTERED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECTLY, WHAT DO I DO?

Once your order has been submitted, please send us a message via email for any correction to the address you provided. Correction requests after 24 hours will not be entertained and may result to undelivered packages. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Please double/triple check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses.
